We are delighted to have been able to support our clients Dukelease and Manner in achieving unanimous support from Leeds City Council’s City Plans Panel for the re-development of the current House of Fraser store on Briggate, Leeds’ principal shopping thoroughfare.
The Store House (pictured) will bring forward car-free purpose built student accommodation over 9 storeys as well as new flexible use retail and commercial opportunities at ground floor and basement levels.
i-Transport prepared supporting technical evidence to inform the determination of the planning application including a Transport Statement, Travel Plan and a framework plan to manage student arrivals and departures at the beginning and end of term.
