The redevelopment of 258-264 Goldhawk Road, Hammersmith is near practical completion. i-Transport LLP assisted Linden Homes and Wates Developments with the planning application and discharge of conditions for the scheme, which comprised the redevelopment of a retail warehouse to provide a small commercial unit and 40 residential units. The key transport issues included the creation of a new ‘loading pad’ on Goldhawk Road to accommodate frontage servicing for the commercial unit; assessing the impact on local on-street parking; and holding discussions with Zipcar in relation to a car club package for the site.
