Crest Nicholson received detailed planning permission from Wokingham Borough Council for 113 homes as part of the Arborfield Garrison redevelopment. i-Transport LLP provided detailed highways and transport advice in support of the reserved matters application, having previously assisted with the Outline Planning Application for 2,000 homes, a Secondary School and District Centre which received planning consent earlier this year. We also assisted with the discharge of planning conditions including the preparation of a walking, cycling and equestrian strategy and a public transport strategy.
