Doncaster Council’s Planning Committee has unanimously resolved to grant planning permission for a new 4-star hotel and spa at Tyram Lakes on A614 Bawtry Road. The development will sit cohesively with the already permitted eco-lodge development at the site and will bring forward 104 bedrooms, an on-site restaurant, an integrated spa and flexible conferencing and event space with capacity for 200 delegates.
i-Transport supported the development proposals by preparing the Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the hotel and spa. We demonstrated that the development proposals would not result in significant adverse impacts on the surrounding highway network and negotiated access and servicing arrangements with Doncaster Council.
