i-Transport are delighted to have assisted GO Outdoors LTD in the successful planning application to amend the range of goods that can be sold from the vacant Toys R Us unit at Wyvern Retail Park Derby, allowing the unit to be occupied by Go Outdoors.
i-Transport have assisted Go Outdoors with a number of new stores and expansions with the Derby store being the latest in a series of successful applications. Our involvement in the project involved producing a Transport Statement, providing an audit of the accessibility of the site by sustainable travel modes, quantifying the net impact of the development proposals and undertaking a parking accumulation exercise.
