We are delighted to announce that planning permission was granted at appeal for up to 350 new homes in Portchester, Fareham for our client Miller Homes Ltd. i-Transport are delighted to have been able to assist Miller Homes since 2016, alongside Terence O’Rourke and the wider team.
i-Transport prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan along with additional technical work throughout the planning process. The development will provide a new vehicular and pedestrian access onto Downend Road with an additional two pedestrian and cycle accesses onto Cams Bridge and Upper Cornaway Lane. The scheme will also provide a package of off-site improvements including a pedestrian improvement to Downend Road Railway Bridge.
