i-Transport is delighted to have been part of the team that secured a unanimous resolution to grant planning permission, subject to S106, for ExCeL London’s new Phase 3 extension at London Borough of Newham’s Strategic Development Committee on 12th October. This exciting scheme will deliver some 25,000 sqm. of new event space for ExCeL London enabling them to retain their place as one of the UK’s premier event venues and enabling them to compete in the international event market. As well as fantastic modern and flexible event and conference facilities, the scheme will deliver activation of the dock edge walk with enhancements including landscaping, improved public realm and a new floating walkway in the dock. A great result for all involved.
