i-Transport had a fantastic result at Reigate and Banstead’s planning committee on 19 May 2021 for our client Birchgrove, with unanimous approval for 54 Extra Care units at Banstead Place.
i-Transport are delighted to have been able to assist Birchgrove in securing planning permission alongside Montagu Evans and Hunters and the wider team. We prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support the planning application as well as working with Surrey County Council to develop a fantastic scheme which can be enjoyed by future residents, visitors and staff.
