We are delighted to have supported Meadow Partners, LLC with their scheme at 9 Nestles Avenue, Hayes, approved by committee on 24th February.

 This exciting scheme comprises 103 units within an area of regeneration close to Hayes town centre. The development will attract families, provide affordable housing, boost trade and support local businesses. Landscaping and sustainability are at the forefront of the design. The site is car-free, save for ten car parking spaces allocated one each to the ten largest family units and four accessible spaces. Some 182 cycle parking spaces are proposed. The parking provision reflects the site’s very good accessibility, proximity to a wide range of local services and facilities and the variety of public transport services available from Hayes town centre and Hayes and Harlington station, recently upgraded to serve the Elizabeth Line and just 400m from the site. The development facilitates future provision of a sustainability corridor along Nestles Avenue to further boost the site’s accessibility and benefits to the wider community in the future.
