We’re delighted to confirm that our client Gladman Developments has successfully received outline consent for their proposal for 130 dwellings on a site located at Cotterstock Road, Oundle in Northamptonshire. The site was granted consent in June 2020.
i-Transport provided highways and transport advice for the scheme, including an initial access appraisal of the site and subsequently produced a Transport Assessment and Travel plan to accompany the associated planning application
