Daventry District Council has resolved to grant outline planning permission for a development of up to 450 dwellings, provision of a 1.9ha site for a two-form entry primary school, community hub, public open space, allotments and associated infrastructure.

i-Transport LLP has advised Landform Daventry Estates in relation to the access strategy for the site, including a new roundabout to the A361, improvements and new connections to the existing footway/cycleway networks, and the bus strategy for the site. We also prepared the detailed Transport Assessment and associated planning material and have assisted with the negotiation of developer obligations.
