Taylor Wimpey has successfully gained outline planning consent on appeal for up to 130 dwellings on land at Marske Road, Saltburn. i-Transport LLP prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support the application and presented evidence in response to third party objections at the subsequent appeal. Alongside the delivery of housing, the site will also provide a package of landscape, footpath, open space and accessibility enhancements to the local area.
