The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has resolved to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of Albert, Swedish and Comley’s Wharves to provide 237 dwellings and 579sqm of retail space set around a modernised ‘encased’ concrete batching plant for Cemex. The planning consent is now subject to confirmation by the Greater London Authority.

The development will be the first of its kind in the UK. i-Transport LLP has worked on the project since its first inception and has been responsible for preliminary highways input into the design evolution, the preparation of a detailed Transport Assessment and associated planning material and the successful negotiation of developer obligations.
