We were delighted to hear this week that Watermill Bridge in Newbury has been approved following a Public Inquiry in December for Bewley Homes.
We have been involved in the scheme since 2020 and we successfully presented the highways and transport evidence at the Inquiry.
We supported the application by developing the transport strategy which includes the delivery of a 1.8km LTN1/20 compliant segregated cycleway and new bus service to Newbury as well as agreeing matters with the local highway authority and National Highways.
