There was success last week for Story Homes as Cumberland Council Planning Committee voted to approve, subject to a Section 106 planning obligation, the full planning permission for an additional 107 homes at their Edgehill Park site in Whitehaven. i-Transport have supported this site over a number of years by providing transport and highways advice, including input into negotiations with the Council on highway contributions.
