Steve is a Chartered Transport Planning Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in transport planning, land development, and delivering successful outcomes for both private and public sector clients.
Joining us from Pell Frischmann, where he was Technical Director, Steve played a pivotal role in helping clients secure local plan site allocations, planning consents, and scheme delivery.
His expertise spans:
✅ Residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
✅ Large urban extensions, regeneration schemes, retail, leisure, healthcare, and education projects
✅ Stakeholder engagement—including presenting to planning committees, public consultations, and local communities
✅ Supporting planning appeals and giving evidence at public inquiries
