We were pleased to see one of our Associate’s in the Basingstoke office Stephen Hunt being featured in the CIHT Journeys feature in the March edition. Stephen joined the business as a Graduate straight from university in 2016 and the article highlights the excellent mentoring and development opportunities on offer at i-Transport including support through a MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering as well as mentoring and support through the Transport Planning Professional process by senior, Chartered members of the business.
i-Transport have a bespoke approach to training with programmes tailored to individuals throughout different stages of their careers. This includes a Young Professionals Programme, Technical Skills Ladder as well as Continuing Development Programme with all staff being allocated a dedicated senior mentor to help develop them through the practice.
